By accessing or using NileDash (the website, apps, and related services), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Who we are
NileDash is a marketplace and delivery platform that connects customers with merchants and independent couriers. We do not prepare food or products ourselves unless stated otherwise; merchants are responsible for their goods and service quality.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when you register. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login details secure
- All activity under your account
- Updating your contact and delivery details
We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the platform, submit false information, or violate these terms.
4. Orders and payments
- Placing an order is an offer to buy from the relevant merchant(s).
- Prices, fees, and delivery charges are shown before you confirm.
- Payment methods may include cash on delivery, mobile money, or card where available.
- Promotions and promo codes are subject to their own rules and may be withdrawn at any time.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Delays can happen due to traffic, weather, merchant preparation, or courier availability. You must provide a reachable address and phone number. Failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect details may still be charged.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation rules depend on order status and merchant policies. Once a merchant has accepted or started preparing an order, cancellation may be limited or unavailable. Refunds, where applicable, are processed according to the payment method used and our support review.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use NileDash for unlawful purposes
- Harass merchants, couriers, or staff
- Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the service
- Place fraudulent or abusive orders
8. Merchants and couriers
Partners using NileDash agree to separate partner terms where applicable. Merchants are responsible for product accuracy, hygiene, and legal compliance. Couriers must follow local traffic laws and platform safety guidelines.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NileDash is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Our responsibility for a specific order is limited as described in our support and refund policies.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of NileDash after changes means you accept the revised terms. Important updates may also be communicated in-app or by email.
